Kelly Coughlin

Kelly Coughlin is an independent artist living and working in the Nashville, TN area. Having spent most of her career in the service industry working in restaurants and wine, she has become intimately aware of the human condition and the relationships and emotions that surround it. Her paintings explore these conditions while reflecting on the self as a woman, partner, and mother. Each figurative and even still-life painting is always, at its core, a self-portrait of the artist. Kelly works in acrylic and oil on various surfaces.
